Very funny and interesting video with respect to the revolution and independence of Latin American countries. I had never studied the independence of Brazil, and at the same time, I did not have too much knowledge of the history of this country.

Thanks to this video, I could expand my knowledge about some important countries in Latin America.

I said it once I'll say it again, I love these videos. It simplified and explained the many different revolutions that helped Latin America gain freedom from Spain and Portugal very easily. Its almost like 'A Dummy's Guide' for Latin American Revolutions but in video format.

Very funny video. I love his attitude and he kept me entertained with his humor on a very serious topic.

I liked this video because besides the fact that it is funny and catches the student's attention, it is very informative. It explains a lot of the Latin American revolutions in a couple of minutes. History is a very hard subject to make it entertaining, unless you are a history major and really enjoy it.

I have always enjoyed watching these "crash course" videos; I find them entertaining and informative. John Green always does a great job to pack so much information into a concise video that will capture the attention of the viewer.

You gotta love John's bubbly, fast talking method and his "special" sense of humor. Hard to be distracted at times.

I love the crash course videos. They poke fun but at the same time, they're educative. The video helped me understand the difference between the classifications of people on the social ladder. For instance, the differences between the Peninsulares and the Creoles.

I learned a lot from watching this video. It was also interesting to know that at one point the creoles had mistaken other creoles for pennsinulas, which made the initial act of the Mexican revolution was counter productive. Great video.

Love crash course. Informative, short and to the point. History can be thick but John Green makes it fun. It was interesting seeing the fusion between Catholicism and ancient polytheistic religions such as the Virgin of Guadalupe or Tonotzim

These crash course videos are great but sometimes they fly by so quickly! I get lost easily some times, too many different topics and situations one after the other. I usually end up watching the videos more than once to really grasp everything.

So appropriate to use soccer as a metaphor for Latin America and Europe. Particularly during the FIFA world cup Brazil 2014. :D

ALSO, THIS IS GONNA SOUND LIKE SPAM BUT IF YOU GUYS DIG THE CRASH COURSE VIDEOS, YOU SHOULD CHECK MENTAL FLOSS OUT ON YOUTUBE. IT IS A TRIVIA CHANNEL HOSTED BY JOHN GREEN. YOU WILL LEARN ABOUT HIS COLLECTION OF POP CULTURE ITEMS AND INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT... WELL... MANY THINGS. ENJOY THE REST OF SUMMER!

Again love these crash course videos. They are enjoyable to watch and humorous. The only thing I disliked is he covers the material super concisely and a bit fast at times, but nice video about the Latin American Revolutions.
