Hillary Clinton Justifies Her Support for 2009 Coup in Honduras

“We need to do more of a Colombian Plan for Central America,” said the presidential candidate in an interview.
Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton did not express any regret Monday about her support for the 2009 coup in Honduras, despite the deteriorating human rights situation, recently highlighted with the murder of prominent Indigenous activist Berta Caceres.

I do not back her stance on her involvement in the coup. In my opinion, violating human rights is not something that our front runner nominee as president should be supporting.

Oh boy...

Hilary is an interesting character, before this campaing i found myself agreeing with her and many of her foreign polices, but as of late, I cant help but quesion her ability to lead this country. Human Right are important to all humans not just Americans

It is so horrible to note that US supported coups are mostly done because of the tight friendships in Washington. Latin Americans are also valuable humans. I heard that human rights are not born with you, they are a gift to some. The United States should value human rights all times.
