I'm not trying to excuse Americans(me included) for their lack of knowledge in regards to geography. But if i lived in Europe i would obviously have a an advantage since the border crossings are much smaller and definitely more diverse! America has two neighbors Mexico and Canada! obviously not counting the Caribbean.
